Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Lorven AI Studio (“Lorven”, “we”, “us”) builds AI tools for film and television teams. Our registered address is House No: 8-2-293/K/132, 133, Kamalapuri Colony, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500073, India. For any question about this policy, contact info@lorvenaistudio.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our services:
- Account information. If you create a LorvenAI account, your name, email address and a password you choose. If you sign in with Google instead, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture so that we can create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask Google for access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and the contents of any message you send through a form on this site or by email.
- Recruitment information. If you apply for a role, the details and any CV or attachment you submit.
- Product content. If you use one of our products, the scripts, images, notes and other material you upload in order for the product to process it.
- Billing information. If you buy a subscription, your billing name, email address, GST number where you give one, and a record of what you paid for and when. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider’s own page and are never sent to or stored on our systems.
- Technical information. Standard server and device information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. How we use it
We use this information to reply to enquiries, assess job applications, provide and improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the material you upload to our products to train models for other customers.
Account information, including anything Google tells us when you sign in with Google, is used only to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about the service. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it, and we do not use it to train any model. It is shared only with the providers listed in section 5, and only as far as they need it to run the service for us.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. Where we use analytics to understand general usage patterns, that data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
5. Third parties
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf and under contract. We share personal information with them only as far as needed to provide the service, and otherwise only where the law requires it.
Signing in with Google is provided by Google. When you choose it, Google handles the sign-in itself and tells us only your name, email address and profile picture. Google’s own privacy policy covers what it does with your Google account. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account permissions page, and you can sign in with an email address and password instead.
Payments are handled by Razorpay, which is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India as a payment aggregator. Razorpay receives the information needed to take and settle your payment, and handles your card or bank details under its own privacy policy. We receive only a record of the payment, never your card number.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, and product content for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Account information is kept for as long as your account exists. Close the account, or ask us to close it, and we delete it along with the content in it.
Billing and tax records are the exception. Indian company and tax law requires us to keep them for eight years, so we cannot delete them on request within that period.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to info@lorvenaistudio.com and we will respond within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are intended for professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
11. Grievance Officer
Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 require us to name a Grievance Officer and publish their details here. Complaints about our products, about a payment, or about how we handle your information can be sent to them directly.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month. Both are statutory deadlines, not targets.
