Cancellation and Refunds Policy
1. What this covers
This policy applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases of Lorven AI Studio products bought through this website, including Cine Sketch, Cine Scribe, Pitch Craft and Cine Flow.
Custom development and services agreed directly with our team are governed by the agreement signed for that work, not by this page.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, either from your account settings or by writing to info@lorvenaistudio.com from the email address on the account.
Cancelling stops all future billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling partway through a month or a year does not cut off access that day. No further amount is charged after cancellation.
3. Refunds
Our products are delivered online and access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed, so as a general rule we do not refund a period that has already started. There are two exceptions.
Your first payment. If the product is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
A renewal you did not want. We email before a subscription renews. If a renewal has been charged and you no longer want it, tell us within 7 days of that charge and we will cancel the subscription and refund the renewal in full, provided the product has not been used during the new period.
4. Failed and duplicate payments
If an amount is taken but access is not enabled, or the same amount is charged more than once, we refund it in full as soon as the payment is confirmed. You do not need to be within any time window for this, and there is nothing to justify.
5. How refunds are made
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.
Once a refund is approved we initiate it within 3 working days. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount, and that part of the timing is outside our control.
6. Early access products
Cine Scribe, Pitch Craft and Cine Flow are pre-release products offered as early access. They may change, and features may arrive later than expected.
If we withdraw a paid early access product, or delay it so far that it no longer provides what was paid for, we refund the unused portion of your subscription without requiring a request.
7. How to ask for a refund
Write to info@lorvenaistudio.com from the email address registered on the account, and include the payment reference shown on your receipt.
We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and tell you what happens next. If we cannot refund a payment, we explain why rather than simply declining.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
