Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. What we deliver
Lorven AI Studio sells software for film and television teams, including Cine Sketch, Cine Scribe, Pitch Craft and Cine Flow. Our products are delivered online and used through a web browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to post.
We do not sell or ship physical goods. No courier, tracking number or delivery address is involved in any purchase made through this website.
2. How delivery works
When a payment succeeds, access is enabled on the account registered against the email address given at the time of purchase. We send a confirmation to that address with the details needed to sign in.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct and is one you can receive mail at, because it is the only address we use to deliver access.
3. When access becomes available
In most cases access is enabled as soon as payment is confirmed, which is usually within a few minutes.
Where a plan has been arranged directly with our team, or where a product is in early access and places are limited, access is enabled within two working days of payment and we confirm by email once it is ready.
4. Delivery charges
There are none. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount payable, and no delivery, handling or packaging charge is added to any order.
5. Where we deliver
Our products are delivered online and can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Billing is in Indian rupees.
6. If access does not reach you
First check the spam or promotions folder of the email address used at checkout, as confirmation messages are sometimes filed there.
If a payment has been taken and access has not been enabled within two working days, write to info@lorvenaistudio.com with the payment reference from your receipt. We will either enable access or refund the payment in full. Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy explains how refunds are processed.
